Saumit Desai

Agilysis Founder & President

Saumit founded Agilysis in 2015 to focus on technology solutions that provide business value to clients. Since then, he has grown Agilysis into an IT consulting firm and Workday solutions expert. Prior to starting Agilysis, Saumit was an Account Executive for a USD 1 billion IT services firm responsible for revenue growth, profitability, and delivery management.

Siddarth Gupta

Workday Practice Head

Siddarth is an experienced executive with more than 16 years in technology leadership, including 12 years in the United States. He has played a key role in driving technological innovation and operational improvements for clients across various industries, leading successful strategic Workday project implementations. With a master’s in computer science from the University of Southern California – Los Angeles, Siddarth promotes a collaborative, growth-driven team culture focused on continuous learning and professional development. Outside of work, Siddarth loves exploring nature, playing soccer with his son, and trying out different cuisines.

Nikhil Gadodia

Head HR

Nikhil is an accomplished HR leader with over 18 years of experience across diverse sectors as well as startups and large enterprises. He excels at creating efficient HR processes, managing the employee lifecycle, and leveraging his corporate HR expertise to help accomplish business goals. In addition to his core HR responsibilities, Nikhil has a strong background in managing social media platforms and leveraging digital channels to enhance reputation branding and attract top talent in the United States and India. Outside of work, Nikhil loves to go for bike rides and long drives as well as explore avenues for knowledge enhancement.

Suman Alur

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Suman is a talent acquisition specialist responsible for all contract and permanent Workday opportunities for Agilysis. With a background in marketing and experience in the retail, toys, and apparel industries, she is exceptional at connecting with people and motivating them to take action. She joined Agilysis in late 2016 and has leveraged her expertise to creatively source high-caliber candidates and manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting. Outside of work, Suman is a mom to a math nerd and a rescue dog, and loves staying active with hiking and diving into home improvement projects. In her downtime, you can catch her having fun with family and friends or exploring media from around the world and discovering new stories.

Faiza Abbasi

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Faiza is a business-savvy talent acquisition specialist with full life cycle recruiting experience. She has a background in sourcing and interviewing candidates for technical and business professional roles for a wide range of global industries. A goal-oriented professional working in high-volume, time-sensitive environments, Faiza has a strong customer service orientation. Her passion for helping people led her to transition into the recruiting space, which enables her to help professionals grow their careers and businesses at the same time. Outside of work, Faiza enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.

Muskan Manjhani

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Muskan is an experienced Human Resource professional with a deep commitment to empathy and kindness. Holding a master's degree in management, she brings a wealth of expertise in end-to-end recruitment, specializing in bulk hiring and niche skill acquisition for mid-to-senior-level roles. Her strengths include recruiting, sourcing, headhunting, market mapping, and managing both stakeholder and vendor relationships. She has a strong focus on stakeholder and account management, ensuring seamless client interactions and satisfaction. Driven by her passion for technology, she utilizes various tools to optimize recruitment strategies, consistently improving outcomes. Outside of work, Muskan enjoys discovering new destinations, meeting new people, and immersing herself in nature. She also loves staying active on social media and keeping up with current trends.

Sales

Laura brings over 20 years of extensive staffing expertise across multiple verticals, including commercial, call center, light industrial, healthcare, and IT. Her deep understanding of workforce solutions and commitment to building strong client relationships make her a trusted partner in delivering top-tier talent across diverse industries. Outside of work, Laura enjoys staying active through regular workouts, hosting gatherings with friends, and traveling to explore new destinations.

Vini Ratheesh

Human Resources Administrator

Vini is a people person. With her educational background in Organization Behavior and Psychology, HR was a natural career choice. A self-motivated individual with an eye for details, she loves learning new things and always pushes herself to grow. Based in Chicago, Vini enjoys teaching breathwork and meditation, dancing, and making memories with her family and friends. Fun fact: she has also been a certified SKY Meditation and Breathing Expert with the Art of Living Organization since 2009.

Ronina Koci

Immigration Specialist

Ronina is a compassionate and dedicated immigration specialist with Agilysis. She has received her Bachelor of Law from the University of Tirana in Albania and is an LL.M. candidate in American Legal Studies at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to joining Agilysis, Ronina worked as an immigration specialist at Fragomen del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP as well as a Legal Consultant for the Albanian Gas Agency. Being an immigrant herself, Ronina understands the struggles and challenges immigrants face and makes an extra effort finding solutions for clients’ problems. In her spare time, she enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and traveling.
