The recruitment team reviews submitted resumes, and the shortlisted applicants are contacted for further evaluation. All shortlisted applicants undergo a technical interview with our technical experts. Finally, an independent agency conducts a detailed background check on candidates of interest. The final selections are made and an H1-B application is made for selected candidates for the lottery.
The initial application deadline for the lottery is March 18th 2022, selected candidates will be notified by March 31st 2022.
Yes, you can bring your family members to the US on an H4 dependent visa. They can come along with you or at a later date, if you so prefer.
There are multiple lottery selections that happen. If your H1-B registration is not selected in the first round, it could be selected in the next two rounds. Additionally, we can hire you in India and apply for the H1-B visa next year or consider an L1 Visa petition for you.

-Have a US Bachelor’s degree or higher in the area of your specialty occupation from an accredited institution; or
-Hold a foreign degree that is the equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s or higher degree required by the specialty occupation from an accredited college or university; or
-Have experience through positions held in your specialty occupation equivalent to the completion of such degree.
As an H-1B specialty occupation worker, you may be admitted for a period of up to three years. Your time period may be extended, but generally cannot go beyond a total of six years.
There is no limit to the amount of time that you can remain outside the US with your H-1B visa.
