With a strong hold on digital HR, he has effectively led employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.

As Head HR (India & US), he is responsible for driving a performance-driven culture, ensuring timely hiring, fostering employee engagement, maintaining statutory compliance, and mentoring team members to deliver with impact.
