Sales Executive / Sales Leader

In this role, you will lead prospecting, drive customer acquisition, and achieve growth objectives. The role provides for an incredible amount of freedom in defining your own path to meet and exceed revenue goals, giving you the chance to explore new strategies and ideas for sales funnel pipelining, referral generation, and relationship building.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, identify, and qualify pipeline of prospective clients
  • Establish effective and collaborative relationships with key decision-makers
  • Organize sales meetings and conduct face-to-face meetings with decision makers
  • Uncover opportunities for Agilysis staffing and managed services in Workday
  • Submit proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
  • Define and execute win strategies for large deals
  • Participate in conferences, professional organizations, and informal networks to develop, build, and sustain sales pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of technology staffing and/or technology consulting sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and relationship building skills
  • Must be a self-starter and demonstrate resourcefulness
  • Must have a positive attitude that is focused on providing solutions and building business
  • Must have experience working remotely, and the desire to work remotely, with some travel to meet clients
